Role: Interactive Producer

This was an awesome campaign I was incredibly proud to be part of. It had Creative Direction from none other than CPB’s Alex Bogusky, production and video creative from m ssng p eces and overall campaign direction by Vice President of the USA, Al Gore. In the vein of the insanely successful anti-smoking campaign, The Truth, 24 Hours of Reality attempted to bring a note of Reality to contemporary discussion about climate change.

The campaign was formed around promoting a 24 hour live webcast from around the world, with each individual hour coming from areas affected by climate change. As part of this, m ssng p eces produced a number of TV spots to publicise the webcast and I was in charge of producing a microsite version of one of these Tv Spots, to allow the online audience to interact with the concept virally.

As Interactive Producer for the Denial Hits the Fan microsite, I sourced a web designer, developer, project managed the brainstorm and design processes and supervised the subsequent production and delivery of the site.

The event itself went on to be watched by over a million people all over the world.
